We finally decided it is time to begin a cool fun blog so each of you can share in our adventures. We hope you enjoy our updates as we try our best to live life to the fullest. History Makers!!

Living on a prayer
This morning started out cold and rainy. Around 0700 we left our make-shift campground, which was somewhere on side of the road in the Yukon. What NO gas? Only 69 miles left on our tank of gas. The closest gas station was at least 76 miles. Our range show 0 miles left at mile 69. The last 7 miles was praying and of course photos of the range reading 0. We made it! $100 later and we were ready to roll again. The last 3 days driving through British Columbia and Yukon was a beautiful drive. Getting a chance to see bears, moose, mule deer, and stone mountain sheep was a treat. The rain cleared and the sun was shining. Our next stop was Whitehorse and we had our Wal-Mart fix in the middle of Yukon. The road to Alaska was mostly paved, though some sections were gravel. We camped for the night at a lake near Destruction Bay. It was a great evening having jambalaya and sitting by the fire.
