US Border

After our last night in Canada, we took our time starting. We left Destruction Bay at 10 and returned to the bumpy road through the Yukon. This time the road was much worse. We made it to the border at 1300 Alaskan time. Crossing the border was easy- it was good to see border control people watching Swamp People on the TV. We had a good conversation with the border agent. Our first night in Alaska was at a campground near a river in Gakona on the road to Anchorage. Last night until we made the stretch to our new home in Chugiak.
